RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. 60-day money back guarantee . We’re confident you’ll love Barni Skin. That’s why we stand behind our entire skincare range - rain, hail or shine. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we'll refund 100% of your money. 

Email hello@barniskin.com with your order number and email used to purchase. Items must be returned within 60 days from the delivery date. If the product is not returned in it's original packaging, then Barni Skin will not provide a refund. 

Barni Skin does not cover the return postage costs – those costs must be borne by you (we recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost)

2. Returns/refunds. If you wish to seek a return in respect of any Barni Skin product, then you must do so within 60 days of purchase.

3. Process for returns. Email hello@barniskin.com with proof of purchase, order confirmation number and details on your request (including photos).

4. Valid reasons for returns and invalid reasons. Barni Skin will (conditionally – subject to 5 below) accept return of and product for refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product does not match the description of the product ordered, i.e., the wrong product has been supplied.
  • The product is faulty or damaged.

Barni Skin will not accept refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You have simply changed your mind;
  • The packaging has been opened and the product has been used.

5. Returning products. If your request for a refund is approved, we will notify you by return email with an address to return the product to. The products must be returned by registered post, and we highly recommend you insure the product for your added protection. All products must be returned in their original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, then Barni Skin will not provide a refund. Barni Skin does not cover the return postage costs – those costs must be borne by you.

6. Method of refund. If Barni Skin approves your refund, then you may elect to take that refund by the following means:

  • Refund of the price paid for the product credited to the original method of payment; or
  • Exchange for the correct or equivalent product

Once we have processed your request and inspected the returned product (as per 4 and 5 above). We will then email you to advise you on the outcome of your request.

7. Time to process refund. Once a refund has been approved, we will then process your refund within 14 business days.

8. Only refunds for direct purchases. Barni Skin cannot and will not provide any refunds in respect of any Barni Skin products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased from this website are eligible for a request for return and refund.
