RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. 60-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms:

We’re confident you’ll love Barni Skin. That’s why we stand behind our entire skincare range - rain, hail or shine. 

In order to be eligible for our 60-day money back guarantee, please read the below criteria: 

  • The products must be used as directed for a minimum of 60 days. This starts from the date of delivery.
  • A minimum of 4 time stamped images must be provided to show there has been no progress throughout the 60 day period. 
  • All products must be returned to Barni Skin, undamaged and in their original packaging for testing purposes. 
  • We do not cover the return postage costs – those costs must be borne by you and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured postage service.

Barni Skin reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently.

2. Returns/refunds. If you wish to seek a return in respect of any Barni Skin product, then you must do so within 30 days of delivery. 

3. Process for returns. Email hello@barniskin.com with proof of purchase, order number and details on your request.

4. Valid reasons for returns and invalid reasons. Barni Skin will accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product does not match the description of the product ordered, i.e., the wrong product has been supplied.
  • The product is faulty or damaged.

Barni Skin will not accept refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You have simply changed your mind;
  • The packaging has been opened and the product has been used.

5. Returning products. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Barni Skin does not cover the return postage costs – those costs must be borne by you. We recommend using a tracked service. 

6. Method of refund. If Barni Skin approves your refund, then you may elect to take that refund by the following means:

  • Refund of the price paid for the product credited to the original method of payment; or
  • Exchange for the correct or equivalent product

Once we have processed your request and inspected the returned product (as per 4 and 5 above). We will then email you to advise you on the outcome of your request.

7. Time to process refund. Once a refund has been approved, we will then process your refund within 14 business days.

8. Only refunds for direct purchases. Barni Skin cannot and will not provide any refunds in respect of any Barni Skin products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased from this website are eligible for a request for return and refund.
