The ingredients we use, and love.

What do we want? Smooth, glowing, hydrated, healthy skin. When do we want it? Like, right this second!

It’s why we use ingredients that are proven to get instant and long-lasting results. Everything we use has been expertly formulated, trialed and tested by chemists, with actives included at their most effective percentages. Because what’s the point in putting stuff on our faces every day if it isn’t going to do anything?

Everything we include is good for sensitive skin. In fact, our products are designed for all skin types: dry, oily, combination, mature, hormonal, dehydrated, teenage, post-holiday, you name it. It’s also always cruelty-free, vegan, made in Australia, expertly formulated by chemists, without nasties. Pinky swear.

Water
You know it for its hydration properties, but it also works to dissolve many other ingredients to help them absorb into your skin.

Propanediol
A humectant, which is a fancy way of saying it pulls water into your skin and reduces moisture loss. Did somebody order a round of plump, hydrated skin?

Niacinamide
Also known as Vitamin B3, it improves uneven tone, visibly minimises the appearance of enlarged pores, softens fine lines and helps strengthen a weakened skin barrier — aka a weekend skin barrier.

Betaine
Betaine is a humectant which helps improve skin’s hydration levels. It gives skin that dewy, plumped look, no matter the season or situation you find yourself in.

Glycerin
This super ingredient increases skin hydration, relieves dryness, and refreshes the skin’s surface — like droplets of water on the side of your pina colada. It’s also a humectant, which allows the skin to retain moisture, keeping it extra plump and dewy.

Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid
A serious hydrator. The hydrolyzed bit means it’s been broken down into tiny particles to penetrate your skin deeply, improving elasticity and hydration — hello firm, plump, juicy skin.

Panthenol
Also known as Provitamin B5, it’s loaded with anti-inflammatory properties to soothe, soften and support the skin barrier function, reducing water loss and keeping skin looking plump.

Polylysine
A gentle but effective ingredient that helps reduce the appearance of blemishes for clearer, smoother, brighter skin. Because acne isn’t invited on this holiday.

Sodium Hyaluronate

Another round of hyaluronic acid — this kind attracts and tightly holds onto water, which helps keep your skin hydrated, plump & bouncy.

Vitamin E
Full of antioxidants (the good stuff that protects skin against premature ageing), this vitamin helps prevent free radical damage. On top of that, it also has nourishing and soothing properties to help support the skin barrier function.

Lilli Pilli Fruit Extract
This native Australian super berry is packed full of antioxidants and essential minerals: magnesium, calcium & potassium. It helps hydrate skin and deliver glow-enhancing nutrients where you need them most.

Mango Fruit Extract
Everyone’s favourite fruit, and for a good reason. This tropical extract is rich in antioxidants plus vitamins A and C to help brighten and reveal fresh, new skin — free from fine lines.

Watermelon Fruit Extract
With a name that’s 50% water, you better believe it’s extremely hydrating. Packed with vitamins A, B, C & E, this natural extract helps make your skin look younger, firmer, and positively glowing.

Pineapple Fruit Extract
Pineapple Extract contains a naturally occurring enzyme called Bromelain, which is responsible for gently exfoliating dead skin skills (and giving your pina colada that tangy kick). It also soothes skin and is packed with antioxidant properties.

Dragon Fruit Extract
Not just a sweet topping for smoothie bowls. This extract is an excellent source of vitamin C and B6 to help brighten and even skin tone. It’s also high in antioxidants to help reduce redness and inflammation.

Mannitol
Another type of humectant, Mannitol holds onto any moisture that comes in contact with your skin and helps keep it soft and smooth. A team player, it also helps other actives penetrate deeper.

Microcrystalline Cellulose
This guy does it all. Acts as an absorbent, emulsion stabiliser, slip modifier, and viscosity increasing agent.

Phenoxyethanol
A super sciencey sounding ingredient that’s actually a preservative, which means it prevents icky stuff like mold and bacteria growing, and helps your serum stay safe and stable.

Carbomber
This texture enhancer gives our serum its silky soft texture, can increase skin permeation and retention of key active ingredients. It’s also the reason it feels so good to rub into your skin. Like a mini holiday.

Ethylhexylglycerin
This preservative destroys microorganisms and stops them taking over, keeping our products safe, stable, and usable. It’s also a skin-softening humectant, which gives your skin a silky, hydrating boost.

Sodium Phytate
Moisturises, improves elasticity, balances oil and helps reduce the appearance of pores, all while boosting the efficacy of our other ingredients.

Fragrance
We use a small amount of fragrance that won’t irritate sensitive skin, but will make you feel like you’ve been transported to a tropical destination. (That’ll be the watermelon.)

Pentylene Glycol
A humectant, meaning it binds to water and increases moisture levels. It also helps other ingredients absorb more easily and enhances the texture of our formulas.

Fragrance
Smells like a fruity cocktail. We use a small amount of fragrance that won’t irritate sensitive skin, but will make you feel like you’ve been transported to a tropical destination.

Here's what we leave out and why.

Parabens
A common culprit for causing skin sensitivity, irritation and allergies, especially on already sensitive and damaged skin.

Sulfates (SLS/SLES)
Can cause irritation on sensitive skin and impact the skin barrier, resulting in dryness, itching, and redness.

Plastic microbeads
Bad for the planet, and not necessary for skin. Microbeads are tiny manufactured plastic particles, made from polyethylene. They don’t dissolve in water and can irritate sensitive skin.

Essential oils
Don’t be fooled. These oils can be extremely irritating, causing reactions like sensitivity, redness, breakouts, dryness, itching, and even contact dermatitis.

Mineral Oil
It coats the skin and can interfere with your skin barrier, trapping other ingredients and causing congestion.

GMO’s
These are organisms whose genes have been artificially altered, changing the characteristics of the ingredient. We prefer to keep things all natural, thanks.

Synthetic colours
Aside from having literally zero skincare benefits, they can block your pores and cause irritation to sensitive skin.
